Navigating the Surrey Used Car Market

Summer in Surrey is in full swing, and whether you need a fuel-efficient commuter for Hwy 1 or a spacious SUV for weekend camping trips, buying a used car is a smart financial move.

But where you buy your used car is just as important as what you buy.

Navigating private sales or independent corner lots can be a gamble. You never truly know a vehicle's history, and the negotiation process is exhausting. At Applewood Nissan Surrey we believe buying a pre-owned vehicle should be just as exciting and secure as buying a brand-new one. Here is why we have become the top destination for used car shoppers in British Columbia.

A Massive Variety of Brands and Body Styles

While we are incredibly proud to be a premier Nissan dealership, our used lot isn't limited to just one logo. Because we are part of the massive Applewood Auto Group, we take in high-quality trade-ins every single day across all makes and models.

Whether you are looking for a reliable Toyota Corolla for a student, a rugged Ford F-150 for the job site, or a hybrid SUV for the family, our lot is stocked with a diverse range of body styles. You can compare a Honda, a Mazda, and a Nissan all in one place, without driving all over town.

Meticulous Quality Testing and Inspections

The biggest fear when buying a used car is inheriting someone else’s mechanical problems. We eliminate that fear completely.

Before a pre-owned vehicle ever reaches our lot on Fraser Hwy, it must pass a rigorous, meticulous mechanical inspection by our certified technicians. We don't just kick the tires; we put the vehicle on a hoist, check the suspension, test the brakes, inspect the fluids, and ensure everything is mechanically sound for the heavy rain and tough driving conditions of British Columbia. If it isn't safe, we don't sell it.

The "All Good Experience" for Used Cars

We didn't just change the way people buy new cars; we completely overhauled the used car buying process with The All Good Experience.

Here is how we guarantee a stress-free purchase:

• Our Best Price Upfront: No haggling required. Our Appraisal Team—our resident data nerds—analyzes local, provincial, and national market trends to ensure our used vehicles are priced competitively from day one. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Non-Commission Sales: Our Brand Concierges are not paid on commission based on the profit of the car. Their only job is to give you honest advice and find the exact used car that fits your lifestyle.
• No Hidden Fees: We don't tack on surprise charges when you get to the finance office. Everything is completely transparent.
• No Hassle Exchange: Used cars don't usually come with a return policy. Ours do. If you drive it home and realize it’s not the perfect fit, our No Hassle Exchange policy gives you the confidence to bring it back and find the right one.

Skip the stress of private sales. Browse our massive, fully inspected used inventory online, or visit us at Applewood Nissan Surrey on Fraser Hwy to experience the difference for yourself.
